We're looking for a Sales Manager & Dispatcher to join our growing team! If you're someone who loves connecting with people, staying organized, and thrives in a remote environment, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll be doing:
- Connecting with clients through phone calls, messengers, and email – being their first point of contact.
- Coordinating cleaners' schedules and assignments to ensure smooth operations.
- Organizing communication between clients and cleaning teams – making sure everyone's on the same page.
- Setting up schedules and appointments that work for everyone.
- Keeping track of how things are going and sharing updates with the team.
- Making sure every client feels heard, valued, and taken care of.
- Bringing a warm, friendly approach to every conversation.
What we're looking for:
- Great communication skills – you know how to chat with people and make them feel comfortable.
- Someone who's organized and pays attention to the little details.
- Comfortable with computers, messaging apps, and CRM systems.
- English at an intermediate level or higher (you'll be talking with clients regularly).
- Previous experience in sales or working with customers.
- Any background in coordination or admin work is a nice bonus!

- Work from anywhere! PT (Pacific Time) or EST (Eastern Standard Time), 9:00 am — 6:00 pm
