Key Responsibilities:
Enter data from signed documents into Google Sheets
Pre-fill material intake documents in Google Docs based on supplier purchase orders
Provide remote assistance to a Russian-speaking foreman in communicating with an English-speaking team leader of the construction crew
In the future: manage production documentation (daily reports, time tracking sheets, material requests, etc.)
Participate in team meetings and planning sessions when needed
Handle day-to-day tasks and assignments from the management team
Requirements:
Fluency in both Russian and English (spoken and written)
Confident user of Google Sheets and Google Docs
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in working with numbers and documents
High level of responsibility and responsiveness
Previous experience in remote work is a plus
Availability to work 6 days a week, 09:30–17:00 Thailand time (GMT+7)
